A healthy diet

My name is Kitty .I am 12 years old . I am very busy . But I often play badminton so I am health .I think my diet is healthy.A halthy diet is important for a student.I need lots of engry to study.It is very easy for me to get tired when I study .
I seldom eat sweetsnacks like cakes,coke or swweets .
For breakfast,I eat some bread ,an egg and some milk.
Forlunch,I eat lots ofvegetables and a little meat .Because meat can not give energy .Between meals I eat lots of fruit.My favourite fruiu is apples ,bananas and oranges.
For dinner, I eat some rice and lots of vegetables. I think my diet is healthy.
